After the 2-hour window:
- Orders may already enter production
- Cancellation or modification requests may no longer be accepted
- Your order will continue processing as scheduled
If your design requires additional edits based on your request, production and delivery times may be extended.
π Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Because all MyFacePajamas products are personalized and made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, we gladly offer free replacements or refunds under certain conditions.
β Eligible Refund / Replacement Cases
You may qualify for a refund or replacement if:
- The product is significantly different from the preview
- The item arrives damaged due to manufacturing or shipping issues
- You received the wrong item
- Items are missing from your order
π Refund & Replacement Time Limit
Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within: 30 Days After Delivery
Unfortunately, requests made after 30 days cannot be processed.
πΈ Photo Quality Responsibility
Customers are responsible for uploading high-quality photos that meet our photo guidelines.
All examples shown on our website are created using high-resolution images.
Please understand:
- Blurry photos
- Dark photos
- Low-resolution uploads
may affect the final print quality.
If your uploaded image does not meet our standards, our team may contact you before production.
β Non-Refundable Situations
We usually do NOT offer refunds or replacements for customer-related mistakes, including:
- Selecting the wrong size
- Choosing the wrong color or style
- Entering an incorrect shipping address
- Damage caused by improper washing or misuse

Due to differences in:
- Screen displays
- Lighting conditions
- Production batches
actual colors and sizes may vary slightly from product images.
Minor differences are considered normal and are not eligible for refunds.

Once your refund is approved by our support team, refund processing usually takes: 1β2 Business Days
After processing, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

If a package is returned because of:
- Incorrect address
- Incomplete shipping information
customers may receive a refund of: 50% of the Product Price

Because our products are custom-made and produced by multiple manufacturing partners worldwide:
- Unauthorized returned packages may be donated or destroyed
- Refunds or exchanges may not be possible in these cases
